General Terms and Conditions
Customer must be of at least 18 years of age on the day of making the purchase.
The Artist retains the copyright of all images on this website for 70 years beyond her life. All artwork and text is the sole property of Saara Tani and is held under copyright. The Customer may not reproduce the artwork in any way. The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without express written permission from the Artist. Pictures and text are also not allowed to be used for AI training. You may not make NFTs from my artwork, such actions are theft. Owning a piece of my art does not give you the right to make copies of it or profit from it monetarily in any way.
The Artist retains the right, in perpetuity, to use digitally recorded images of any purchased artwork for whatever purpose she chooses, including, but not restricted to, the purposes of promotion and creating reproductions based on such images for financial gain.
Customer is responsible for any taxes, customs or additional charges that may occure. These may vary depending on the country. Once an artwork is received by the Customer, it is your responsibility to apply insurance to the artwork if needed.
EU Citizens have the right to return products within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any expenses from the return (shipping, insurance, damages to artwork) and any damage to the artwork will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please contact me with your order number by e-mail at saaratani.art[@]gmail.com for refund.
Painting(s) will be shipped or delivered after payment has been made. If payment hasn't been done after 14 days, the purchase is cancelled and the painting(s) are put back up for sale in the webshop.
If a Customer does not adhere to the agreed terms of a Pick-up, doesn't show up at the agreed time or place, and doesn't notify the Artist of any changes in schedule at least 24h prior of the meeting, the Artist has the right to cancel the purchase and put the paintings(s) back up for sale.
Whilst every effort shall be made to ensure that the digital images shown on the website are an accurate representation of the original paintings, there may be minor colour differences due to the lighting conditions at the time of photographing and also due to the settings on the screen that the photo is being displayed on.
Minor blemishes are considered intrinsic properties of the work of art and do not constitute a significant discrepancy.
Any user may sign up to the Newsletter using the forms available within the www.saaratani.com website. You may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by either clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link provided in every newsletter, or by emailing me directly with UNSUBSCRIBE written in the email subject line.
Customer and user information will only be used for purposes relating to the content of saaratani.com. I may, at times draw attention to other 3rd party products or services if they are deemed to be relevant to the above.
I will never use customer information for the purposes of generating spam.
I am not responsible for the content of any external site that may be linked to on these pages.
I reserve the right to modify the contents of this website, including user comments and terms and conditions, in any way I feel is appropriate.
